  • Yes! All our meringues are naturally gluten-free.

  • Yes, we do not use any dairy products in our meringues.

  • We use organic extracts and high-quality, natural ingredients in all our meringues.

Ingredients & Nutrition

  • Our meringues are made with just a few simple ingredients: organic egg whites, organic cane sugar, and natural flavor extracts.

  • Most flavors are nut-free, but please check the specific flavor page. Our pistachio flavor does contain real pistachio extract and are decorated with pistachio nut pieces.

  • No, they contain egg whites and are not suitable for a vegan diet.

  • Each meringue is very low in calories (usually around 4 calories per piece), depending on the size and flavor. See our Nutrition Info on each product for full details.

Ordering & Shipping

  • We currently ship across the United States. If you’re outside the US, contact us and we’ll see what we can do!

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and standard shipping typically takes 3–5 days depending on your location and holiday season.

Storage & Shelf Life

  • Keep them in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Avoid humidity, as it can affect their texture.

  • Our meringues stay fresh from up to 12 to 18 months depending of the flavor and if stored properly.

Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, contact us and we’ll make it right!

  • Because our meringues are perishable and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we want you to love your order! If there is an issue with your purchase—such as damage during shipping or receiving the wrong item—please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the product. If you have received an incorrect item, do not open it. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds for items that have been opened, tampered with or not in their original condition.

    We will do our best to make it right, whether that means a replacement or store credit.

    Important Notes:

    • We do not offer refunds for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
    • Please make sure your shipping address is correct—we are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses.

    Due to the wide range of personal taste preferences and food likes/dislikes, we do not offer refunds for products that are “not quite to your liking.”

    • All refund or replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
