Refund & Return Policy

Because our meringues are perishable and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we want you to love your order! If there is an issue with your purchase—such as damage during shipping or receiving the wrong item—please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the product. If you have received an incorrect item, do not open it. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds for items that have been opened, tampered with or not in their original condition.

We will do our best to make it right, whether that means a replacement or store credit.

Important Notes:

  • We do not offer refunds for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
  • Please make sure your shipping address is correct—we are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses.

Due to the wide range of personal taste preferences and food likes/dislikes, we do not offer refunds for products that are “not quite to your liking.”

  • All refund or replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
